Real star UPENDRA, who is now working on the flick "Matte Hutti Baa Upendra... Inti Prema" is all set to team up with Masterpiece fame Manju Mandavya. Just as people got to know of this development, there was circulation about whether it would be Real Star's 50th film. Sources close to the filmmaker-actor say that the two did meet and they have discussed about the film.
"But this is still in a very nascent stage and they have just agreed to work together, but the two haven't discussed anything about the other modalities yet. They will work together, but we don't know when," says the source.
"He has not kept track of his films. The number came as a surprise to him. He has done some Tamil and Telugu films, so this may be counted as the 50th in that manner, but there will be clarification on whether it is his 50th only when it goes on floors," says the source.
Director Manju Mandavya says, "I did meet Upendra for a meeting and he has heard my script. We are waiting for his go-ahead before we reveal further details like the subject, title or even the heroine. But, it is Uppi sir's 50th film."
