After the moderate success of Chakravyuha, Puneeth Rajkumar, who is in need of a huge success, now back with "Dodmane Huduga" which has splashed the screens on Friday, September 30.
The combination of director Suri and Power Star is the biggest advantage for this film. Suri knows the pulse of audience that he did a tremendous job with showing puneeth and other star cast. Undoubtedly, audience will definitely enjoy each and every scene in this movie. This shows the intelligence of director.
Fans will definitely watch it again and again as Dodmane Hudga offers huge entertainment.
• Story Synopsis :
The film begins with Surya (Puneeth) as a biryani maker in Hubballi. Srinivas Murthy is his father. Puneeth speaks Hubballi Kannada. There he meets the heroine who acts as if she is a poor girl. They fall in love and slowly the reality is opened. Both of them are not really what they are shown to be. Usha/Nisha (Radhika Pandit) has a father who is in evil company. Surya's real parents are in far-away Mandya and they now require his help. Ambarish plays Puneeth's real father. What happens next? Rush to your nearest theatres.

Puneeth Rajkumar's performance was just ULTIMATE. He has done stunning performance even in each frame. Radhika Pandit, who has romanced Puneeth Rajkumar earlier in Hudugru, playing the female lead. She has done tremendous job with her role. She looks cute & bubbly in every scene.
Actor-turned-politician Ambareesh has played an important role in this film.
It also has Sumalatha, Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, Srinivasa Murthy, Krishna, P Ravi Shankar, Rangayana Raghu , chikanna , Ravishankar and others in the cast who were fabulous with their respective role.
Satya Hegde's cinematography is very rich & Deepu S Kumar's editing is crisp.
V Harikrishna has provided a few foot-tapping songs.
ShivaRajkumar given voiceover for this movie is one of the highlight of the movie.
All the credits goes to the director Suri for his fascinating screenplay & direction. He has proved again that he is one among the best director in Sandalwood.
