The most awaited movie Iru Mugan is the latest Tamil science fiction and thriller film which is released on 8th September, 2016 around world wide.
Vikram, Nayantara, Nithya Menen are playing the lead roles in this film.
This movie is directed by Anand Shankar and produced by Shibu Thameens under Thameens Films.

• Story Synopsis :
The story, based on the attacks of Indian Embassy in Malaysia and the chemical smuggling by 'Love' (Vikram) in general medicines. 'Akilan' (Vikram) takes charge of this case and moves to Malaysia with Nitya Menon. Nayantara comes as Vikram's wife in flashback portions. She gets killed by Love. Vikram takes the task of locking horns with Love and what he does to pay back for his wife's death forms the rest of the story.
• Review :
Vikram did an excellent job with his two roles. He looks pepper and sporting salt in the film and the way he shows variations in characters are speechless. Nayantara, Nitya Menon also performed well with their cute looks and acting. The chemistry between Vikram and Nayanthara worked out really well in the film. The other important characters in the movie are Nassar, Thambi Ramaiah, Bala, Karunakaranand Riythvika have performed well and good. Music & BGM by Harris Jayaraj, Cinematography are excellent. Even the production values are very good. But the director has penned some episodes which are beyond the imaginations & normal story is the major drawback.
