• Review:
The first half of Brahmotsavam starts with the narration of a beautiful family filled with emotional people all over. But later, the necessary bond between the charecters was missing. Around 4 songs of the movie comes in the first half which feels clumsy. The interval episodes are some what predictable & felt first half was average.
The second half of Brahmotsavam checks the patience of the viewers. The second half is boring compared to first half. The emotional episodes in the second half was not so impressive. The climax has been decent but it will not make much impact on the viewers.
• Cast and Performance:

Like always, Mahesh Babu has done terrific job. He is the true magician in the movie who does the magic with his screen presence. Well written dialogues for Mahesh has elevated the power of his role in the movie. Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are fantastic with their roles. Sathya Raj, Revathi, Jayasudha, Thanikella Bharani, Subhalekha Sudhakar has done great job with their roles. Rao Ramesh has done excellent job with his acting & mannerisms. Naresh, Shayaji Shinde, Pranitha Subash, Rohini Hattangadi are good.
• Technical Departments:

Songs penned by Mickey J Meyer are excellent and everyone are enjoying it. Gopi Sunder did nice job with his BGM & he has elevated some scenes to a very next level. Rathnavelu visuals are visual delight. Editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is above average. But some scenes could have chopped in the second half. Producer PVP hasn't compromised for Production values which can be seen in the movie.
