It is the 88th birth anniversary of Karnataka Rathna Dr Rajakumar.
His death anniversary also falls in the same month - April 12.
Many Minister are attending this function. The Union Minister Ananth Kumar, speaker of legislative council DH Shankaramurthy, speaker of Assembly Kagodu Thmmappa, R Roshan Baig information minister, Bengaluru Development Authority minister KJ George, politicians Ishwarappa, Jagadish Shettar, BN Manjunath Reddy, Marithibbe Gowda, Shivashanker Reddy, RV Devaraj are taking part in the event.
