The shooting of Puneeth Rajkumar's up next film Anjaniputra has been kept on hold, as he lost most cherished one, Parvathamma Rajkumar.

Puneeth had cancelled all his work commitments, including the film's shoot, to be by his mother Parvathamma Rajakumar's side, who breathed her last on May 31.

A source reveals, Harsha was in search of an actress who can match steps with Puneeth & finally decided with Hariprriya. Currently, Hariprriya is busy with Chiranjeevi Sarja-starrer Samhaara directed by Guru Deshpande.
